L3210 Platform Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the l3210 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all these terms and conditions as well as any related policies that l3210 may apply from time to time.

Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms will be considered acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised to discontinue use of the l3210 platform.

This platform is open only to individuals aged 18 and above. Users below this age are not permitted to open an account or use l3210's services in any capacity.

2. Account Registration & Security

To access the full features of the l3210 platform, you are required to register an account using accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Owning more than one account may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. l3210 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the l3210 support team immediately. You are required to provide accurate verification details during registration and must not use another person's identity.

3. User Responsibilities & Usage Rules

L3210 users agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws in Malaysia. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software or methods to access or operate the platform in order to gain an unfair advantage.
• Making deposits or withdrawals through a bank account or e-wallet that is not registered in your own name.
• Abusing promotions or bonuses through arbitrage, multi-accounting, or any form of account manipulation.
• Communicating in a rude or threatening manner, or providing false information to our support team.
• Any attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage l3210's systems or infrastructure.

L3210 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of breaching these rules and to take appropriate action, including suspending or closing the relevant account and withholding any associated balance during the course of the investigation.

4. Payments, Deposits & MYR Transactions

All transactions on the l3210 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR). Accepted deposit methods include online banking via major Malaysian banks such as Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and RHB, as well as supported e-wallets like TNG eWallet and other local payment methods available at the time.

Minimum deposit amounts are subject to the limits set within the platform and may change from time to time. All deposits credited to an account are final and non-refundable except under the conditions specified in our withdrawal policy.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. l3210 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal to ensure account security. Processing times vary by payment method and may take up to several business days.

Any attempt to transfer account balances to a third party or use a payment method not registered in the user's name is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

5. Liability Limitations & Account Closure Policy

L3210 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to service interruptions, technical delays, odds display errors, or loss of account access due to circumstances beyond the platform's control.

L3210 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances without prior notice: (a) the user breaches any of the stated terms; (b) fraudulent or manipulative activity is suspected; (c) the account has been inactive beyond the specified period; or (d) at the user's own request.

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining balance is subject to investigation and l3210 reserves the right to withhold or void that balance at management's discretion.

6. Intellectual Property, Amendments & Governing Law

All content, logos, designs, icons, text, and software on the l3210 platform are the exclusive property of l3210 and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written consent from l3210.

The l3210 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. l3210 does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or content of those third-party sites and accepts no liability for any losses arising from accessing such links.

L3210 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia.
